In June 2008, Australian born Kaela Bree jumped the ocean and partnered with Emile Studham to create The Aussie X in Canada using her extensive marketing and business experience as well as her passion for youth to develop and build The Aussie X programs and brand.
Kaela studied International Business in Melbourne, Australia, and then took time to travel throughout the world with Berlin, Germany as her home base. On her travels, Kaela embraced the rich cultures of Europe bringing back a wealth of knowledge to use in her future business ventures.
Upon Kaela’s return to Australia she landed a sought after position in Marketing and Event Management for a national events company where she was an integral part in the planning and execution of national marketing campaigns and corporate events such as Tour Down Under – International Bike Race, Twenty/20 Cricket events, and the prestigious Grand Final Day Concert for the Professional Australian Football League. When Kaela’s success in Marketing, Events and Entertainment was realized by the industry, she was scouted by International theatrical producer William May (creator of Internationally acclaimed arena spectacular “Walking with Dinosaurs”) to work directly with him in a variety of international projects including creation of the new arena spectacular show “Dragons”, the re-development of the “Hotel Bel-Air” in Los Angeles and a casino project in Las Vegas “Australia World”.
Being one to achieve everything she sets out to achieve and with her strength in project management, Kaela was able to continue to develop her acting endeavours whilst managing William May projects. Her focus and skill led to success in landing various lead roles in Australian Independent feature films as well as an on-going guest role on the longest running Australian TV series “Neighbours”.
Kaela’s passion for entertainment, her extensive experience in national events and marketing and her energy around building projects and business ventures from ground up lead her to assist in the launch of The Aussie X and ultimately her relocation to Toronto, Canada as a part owner of the company.
During Kaela’s time in Canada she has developed a solid network throughout North America and is quickly becoming a well-known face in the young entrepreneur and business leadership arena. She is a coach for many other young business entrepreneurs, was elected President of Toronto Youth Day board which is the largest youth day of its kind in the world, she is the Director for Pittsburg Youth Summit and is a board member for Global Wealth Council – an organization that connects Investors and Philanthropist with globally conscious Not-For-Profit projects around the world.
