The Aussie X Team is headed by a couple of Secondary Physical Education Masters (aka Teachers). With bucket loads of experience within the Education and Health and Fitness Industry both in Australia and here in Canada, our team continually works hard to craft the highly structured and entertaining Aussie X clinics.
The Aussie X Men & Women (Instructors) mostly come from an Educational or Health and Fitness background. They are put through vigorous Aussie X training to ensure quality control and uniform teaching throughout Canada. We also make sure they have the ‘X’ factor to bring loads of entertainment and laughter to participants.
All of our Aussie X Men and Women have had relevant background checks and if you would like, you can see a copy of their teaching and/or fitness educational background.

Animal: I have always liked the Eagle. They soar in the air and are in complete control of their own destiny…a powerful and respected animal!
Travel: Anywhere where the weather is warm, there are golden beaches with waves is a winner for me! I am thinking Mexico as my next trip overseas!
Motto: On the other side of FEAR, is FREEDOM! All great achievements require an element of courage and of course persistence. With these two emotions come elements of FEAR. Once you break through the fear and overcome your obstacles with discipline and perseverance, one can live a life of FREEDOM.
